James Whelan

James Whelan is an experienced chartered health and safety expert who provides fire risk consultancy, CDM Advisor, training and environmental protection services to a wide range of commercial sector organisations. This includes the construction industry, engineering, transport and logistics, manufacturing, agriculture and education.

James has achieved a number of qualifications including his chartered status from CMIOSH, an NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety and several accreditations and certificates from the National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH). He has delivered training courses in NEBOSH General, Fire and Construction courses as well as asbestos awareness, fire warden / fire awareness, working at height and manual handling.

James previously worked in the Royal Navy as Chief Petty Officer.
